Retail Food Group up 26% at the moment, for now discernible reason....that us retail investors would know of. Be interesting to see if there's finally some good news about to emerge from that company.

Does anyone follow Class Limited? They make software for self managed superfunds which is stored in the cloud? Looks like a great business and they had a good result today. Unfortunately are trading on a high p/e multiple of 30x. But up over 7% today.

Retail Food Group released a trading update today. It is forecasting underlying earnings of $34.5 million for the 30 June 2018 financial year.

With a current market capitalisation of $135 million, it is trading on a p/e of just under 4x.

I know its got a lot of problems, not the least of which is ongoing store closures, a potential breach of bank covenants and very negative sentiment, but I'm beginning to wonder whether a p/e of less than 4x, compensates for this risk?

It's either a value trap or a great contrarian opportunity in my opinion. I'm going to be watching it for a potential trade.

What is everyone’s thoughts on RFG? I know they’ve had a rough period, but herd of some good success stories with this type of stock? Seems to have somewhat stabilised just above the $1 mark. ...Show more

People stop whining about sudden drop in share price. It was written all over since 2016 that the inevitable will come down upon investors.

At the moment, when I look at this chart I see that value will only kick in at $0.80 or below. It will fly to $4.50 and the toward $6.50 but not now. You have to be patient. I’d buy below $1.

Interested in people's views on when/ if Retail Food Group becomes a buy. Its getting smashed for good reasons, but arguably everything becomes a bargain at the right price? I suppose the risk is of a broken business model and a further unknown number of store closures.....Show more

Another incredible story of poor integrity from Directors. I owned this share for around 3 years before all this turmoil, so thank goodness dodged a bullet....i should have realised something was wrong as soon as the founder and major shareholder Tony Alford resigned as CEO and MD suddenly. Didn't make sense at the time, but maybe that was the sign that something was wrong.
